What Causes Slight Pressure And Discomfort On Ovaries During Intercourse?

Hi there. I am a 24 year old female, and I have been having sexual intercourse with my boyfriend for the past 2 months. We've had intercourse each day over the last three days; I've noticed that there is slight pressure and discomfort on my ovaries during intercourse, as well as a bit of bloody discharge. The discomfort in my ovaries remain for a few hours after intercourse. What should I do?
