What Causes Slight Spotting After Intercourse?

what could be the cause of my slight spotting after intercourse. this has been happening for the past 10 years or so. my ultrasound all came back normal except for some uterine fibroids and suspicion for adenomyosis or endometriosis. am monogamous ever sine and my partner is clean so no std or chlamydia of any sort. also there is a slight discomfort with deep penetration. sometimes its enough to jolt me but not always as i said. there were spottings too with pap test but not always. my recent papa test was again normal. can you pls help me. my last visit to a gyne I was asked to submit for laparoscopy for possible endo. will i go for it. thanks
