What Causes Slight Swelling Of Ankle On Taking Atenolol And Warfarin?

My left ankle, on the outside, is slightly swollen and has been for a couple of days. It s been iced and went down a little but then came back. Had a bad cramp in the back of my calve this morning which I have never had before. I am currently on Atenolol, Warfarin and am about to end a round of chemo on the drug Temozolomide, generic for Temodar. Any thoughts, ideas, suggestions, please?
