What Causes Slight Vaginal Discharge After Menstruation?

Hi, I finished my period 10 days ago but yesterday and today i have a slight discharge, its light and it looks darker red in colour. I didnt bleed before in between periods so I m finding this strange. I have slight cramps too. its so light I dont need to wear a tampon. In the last yr I have had irregular cells removed from my cervix twice and have another checkup in feb.
