What Causes Slightly Raised Spots On The Back?

hi.im a woman of 38.its about 8 years that i have some blackhead,slightly-raised spots on my back.whenever i had taken some drugs by dermatologists,for a short time they faded away,but appeared again covering a larger area than before.they are very small but quite visible.please help me
