What Causes Slow Growth Of Mustache Hair?

Hi My name is Bijoy. I am a healthy 25 year old male. I have been growing facial hair for a while and can grow a full beard. All of the sudden the hair on the left side of my mustache stopped growing!!!! not completely like one patch. I have no idea why? It is completely bare.
