What Causes Slow Heart Rate?

I am always much closer than my family and friends. I have had blood tests for Thyroid that are normal. I Have been on 150 ml of Lithium for about 3 years. What else should I look into? My heart rate has dropped from 136 /128 last June to from 105 /70 to 99 /64 in Jan/15. Should I be concerned?
