What Causes Slurred Speech, Extreme Exhaustion And Motor Control Problems?

I just had a strange experience - got extremely tired. Am at work and could easily have fallen asleep in my chair. I was trying to type a very simple and typed a word that had nothing to do with the form. Tried to talk to one of my staff and the words were coming out with great difficulty - blurred - like my mouth was full . Advice?
