What Causes Slurring And Stammering Of Speech?

Hi, i am shubham.I have a problem of often stuttering and stammering.I am also weak in pronounciation means I often misspell the first letter of a word for example if I want to say a word 'car' I say 'aar'.So sir please give me an ayurvedic solution that I can try at home.please help me.
