What Causes Small Bowel Obstruction Despite Undergoing Rice Tube Process?

dear doctor , i was operated in the year 2000 fir small bowl obstruction and a small part of the small intestine was removed and re stiched to continue working of the intestine . since then i have been having small bowl obstruction about 4 to 5 times a year and RICE TUBE process was carried out to come out of the bowl obstruction diease can i take ENTEROGERMINA regularly to avoid this re-occurance of small bowl obstruction, to lead a peaceful life. please answer to my e.mail id: YYYY@YYYY . thanks sriram
