What Causes Small Bump On Labia?

Hi im 19 y.o and im sexually active. i have a small bump on my left labia and it really hurts. i tried popping it but it doesnt work. i had this before too, and when i popped it there was white liquid that came out. its actually on the same spot where i popped it before. would this be a cyst or just a pimple?
