What Causes Small Bumps All Over The Body?

I am experiencing some bumps on my skin that look a bit like mosquito bites, however there are quite some, musquito season seems to be over, and there are 4 ridiculously close together. I worked in the lab on university using dichloromethane, could this be symptoms that this toxic dichloromethane would have reached my skin? I'm also experiencing what seems to be a zit on my tongue, it feels swollen(although barely viewable) and it hurts when touched. could this be in any relation, just musquitobites(they do itch) or perhaps an allergic reaction?
