What Causes Small Bumps On Arms,hand And Stomach?

Ok, so I have just started dating this girl, and I am concerned because I'm suddenly getting these small pencil-tip red bumps on my arm. Then on the back of my right hand. Then on my stomach, and now on my face. They don't itch but I'm concerned as to what they are from. Please help.
