What Causes Small Bumps On Inside Of Lips?

I noticed that I had some small bumps inside my lips. I looked around on the internet and most sites said it was nothing to worry about and that they should go away and if not go see a dentist. The problem is that I have OCD and I am constantly squeezing them and moving them around so they don t seem to be getting any smaller. Because of a variety of things, I am freaking out. do I need to go see a dentist...I don t have insurance or will they go away if I just leave them alone? I have no credit cards to sign up...Bi/polar spending sprees have eradicated my credit...oh well I ll keep looking. sorry I m broke...thanks anyway
