What Causes Small Dark Bump On Lips, Eyelids And Genitals?

Hello..I am a 27 year old male wondering what is causing these bumps. They are small and dark, and on my lips, eyelids, and genitals. I have had these for several years and haven't got a reason from multiple different doctors. Also, my lymph nodes are very swollen...please help ...thanks
