What Causes Small Flesh Colored Moles Above The Right Eye?

My min pin has several small flesh colored mole like growths that have grown the largest on her head above her right eye, its about the size of an eraser on a pencil and is growing vertically. It's dark grey but its looking bloody at the skin site. It doesn't start beneath her skin and doesn't seem to hurt her as I do look at it closely and touch it. I got her back from my dad two months ago who fed her human food for about 6 years, I've got her to lose two pounds in that time, but is still very overweight at 16 pounds she turned ten on st Patrick day and appears to have a leg that bothers her at times as well but is still as spun n charming as ever.
