What Causes Small Fluid Sac In Sclera Of Eye?

I have a small fliud sac size of a pencil point in the white area of my eye I have had sinusitis for the past 3 week and been on 3 antibiotics I been prescribed alocril drops originally I had pain and swelling of my sinus below my eye. any suggestions
