What Causes Small Grey/brown Itching Moles?

thank you, over the last 5/6 months I have developed small gray or brown moles that are slightly raised, they sometimes itch and I can scratch them off will my fingernail. they are all over ,legs arms,tummy,and face. there are about 35 of them and see more every few days
