What Causes Small Hard White Bump In The Inner Corner Of Eye?

Hi, I have a small hard white ball under the inner corner of my eye, it isn t painful nor itchy but I don t know what it is. I think it might be a fat ball, if so, how do I remove it? As it is so close to my eye I am afraid to manually ease the ball of my skin.
