What Causes Small Hives On Body?

hello, I have not been feeling great the past few weeks. I have had nausea and headaches, every morning I wake up with it and it can be pretty bad in the mornings, and my throat has a acidic gurgle to it. after I eat I get nauseated also. I for a few months have also been getting these small hives all over my hands and arms. plus I have these weird wring worm looking things. one on my upper stomach, and 2 really small ones on my caller bone neck area. plus I've been really tired. do you know what this could all mean?
