What Causes Small Itchy Bumps On Legs And Arms?

Last Thursday I had small itchy bumps near my ankle. The bumps were itching. I started putting Benadryl cream on them on Sunday and the itching stopped but the bumps are still there. They aren't red anymore and I have 3 bumps at the bottom of my other leg in the same sport. I have also noticed 2 on my arm. I started itching at home so I can't imagine that I was bitten.
