What Causes Small Itchy Patch Near My Chin?

I have got a small itchy patch near my chin and its been itching since long and now it has developed in size, please suggest me a medication.



Previous History:



I got ringworms near my pelvic area both sides of my thighs for which i have consulted a doctor he gave me medication which cured it but after some weeks i was getting the pimple formation and subsequently i got a small patch near my chin and slowly it grow big. I am 30 years old male.
