What Causes Small Lump On Mons Pubis?

Hi! I have a small lump in the middle of my mons pubis. It is a little bit bigger than a mosquito bite and a little bit firmer, sort of like a pea. It got a dark red tint on it and I just noticed it got a little scab around it in a circle. I am a woman and have only been with one man the past 6 years, so I would doubt any STD s. I also never shave anything right ontop of my mons pubis, where the lump is settled so I do not think it is an ingrown hair. I tried to squeeze it but nothing came out of it and it is not very painful either. What is this lump and what am I supposed to do about it?
