What Causes Small Lumps Under The Skin?

Hello I have small pea sized lumps under my skin on my legs and arms (maybe 2 or 3.) Not visible to the eye. No pain. A dermatologist told me it was fatty tissue from having my 3rd baby then losing weight but baby now 2. No pain at all. Just worrisome
