What Causes Small, Open Pores On Mouth And Chin?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...I have small open sores on my mouth and chin. They have already started scabbing over. I have no clue what they are. I also have a canker sore or inflamed tastebud on the tip of my tongue, a sore throat, and a runny nose. What exactly could this be?
