What Causes Small Painful Lumps In The Abdomen?

Hi I have notice a knot on my left adbominal a week ago since then it has grown and as of 3 days ago I have a second knot this one is small right beside my big knott at first putting presser on it hurt but now it has been causing a lot of discomfort as well as bloating and pain. Thats year I was told by 2 different doctors that they are 80% sure I have ovarian cancer in my right ovary could this knott be cancer?
