What Causes Small Patch Of Bumps On Labia Majora?

Today I have noticed that i have a small patch of little bumps on the left side of the top of my labia majora right in the pubic hair line, i am 5 month pregnant and have had no oher symptoms, it does not bother me unless i just mess with it... what could this be?
