What Causes Small Pink Spots On Chin, Cheeks And Forehead?

i have small pink spots on my chin,cheeks & on my forehead. i used FUCIBET(fucid acid &betomethosone) for four days. feeling better bul all of them have not yet gone.Will betnovate-n do better?age 82,ht 5ft 5in , have a pace maker & had upper GI bleed 3 months back.
