What Causes Small Red Bumps Below The Waist Line And Vagina?

I am a 21 female, I have had unprotected sex with my boyfriend I have been seeing exclusively for the past year. Around 2 months ago I began to notice small red bumps below my waist line. They have spread in small cluster into my pubic hair region, and some around the side of my vagina. Some have a hard white head, and when popped they bleed, and then leave a small unraised slightly red mark. Any help would be appreciative.
