What Causes Small Red Dot On Breast?

I had just got out of the shower when I noticed a small red dot about the size of a pen point on my left breast. Its not a bump nor does it bother me. There is a smaller and fainter one a little ways below it close towards the nipple. The dot I'm worried about is so clear and red that it looks as if red ink dripped on me (which it nothing like that happened).
