What Causes Small Red Dots Around Eyes, Cough And Vomiting?

I just noticed that I have really small red dots around my eyes. What are they? I am currently sick and have been coughing and I even threw up yesterday, and on Google I found that it may be caused my that but I don t know if I can trust the internet. Will they go away? Please help, I m kind of scared.
