What Causes Small Red Spots In The Labia Majora?

hi I hAVe a few small red flat spots on my labia I have been bathing area with salt water and using Kencomb.I am worried as one spot is being stubborn the others have gone.I have no STD I am not sexually active and do not have HPV virus.I did suffer from Vaginal exema several years ago.I am 65 I am 157 cm and 84kl.I am one BP meds.Thank you Stella.
