What Causes Small Red Spots On Back And Chest While On Testosterone Gel?

I am 27 years old girl,height 164 cm
weight 49 kg.
I am ftm (trans female to male) and I use androgel for the therapy and its my second month.first month I took T injection,second month now 3 days on andro gel.
and now there are alot of small red spots on my chest and back,please help.It started when I start taking androgel (testosterone gel) so I think its the reason,what should I do?do I have to stop taking it?!
