What Causes Small Red Spots On Wrists And Forearms?

I woke up this morning with some micro sized red spots covering this inside of my wrists going half way down my forearm, with some on my the top of my hands, they are not itchy. The last few days I have had mild flu symptoms, while still having a sore throat.
