What Causes Small, Sore And Itchy Spots Around My Anus?

Recently I have discovered I am suffering from small, sore and itchy spots around mostly around my anus, although there are a few near my vagina. There is no discharge coming from them, although I do have a bloody discharge coming from my vagina. My mum told me to use internal thrush cream, which I did this evening to see if it makes a difference, although I am quite worried! I have only had one sexual partner for the over a year now.
