What Causes Small Thick Skin Coloured Blisters On Hands And Feet?

i have small thick skinned blisters on my hands and feet. as well as sores on my hands, feet, arms, and legs. i have tried to pop the blisters and more just pop up. also the blisters mostly consist of many tiny blisters under a small blister. they go somewhat deep into my hands, and are more shallow and thin skinned on my feet. what may be wrong?
