What Causes Small Umps On The Cheeks?

I am a 37 year old female and I have noticed white bumps on my cheeks. Up close they loook like tiny white warts. I use Purpose cleanser, Hawaiian Tropic oil free faces spf 30 and Cover Girl powder foundation. All 3 are non-comeogenic. What are they? What causes them? Any advice would be helpful. Thank You.
