What Causes Small White Bumps Around The Area Of Cervical Stitch?

I am 24 weeks pregnant had recently a cervical stitch done a week ago.During this week there was itching on my inner thighs but that got better however today i saw those rashes still there with small white bubbles. There is no itching or anything. Is it a sign of healing. Or can i apply baby johnsons's powder on that spot . Please advise
