What Causes Small White Bumps On Labia Majora?

i have small white bumps (possibly nodular acne since I also have it on my face) on my labia majora. It doesn't hurt. But sometimes I do get large enflamed cysts that burst after a couple days. but I dislike the many small white bumps that are there all the time. Its hard to find more information about this online.
