What Causes Smell Of Blood In Nose And Nasal Congestion?

i smell blood in my nose. I don t bleed though. I have sinus problem but this symptom is not common for me. It s been just 6 days. I smelt in for the first time when I sneezed few days back. It wasn t actually the smell of blood but a kind of smell when my nose usually gets stuffy. From next day the smell was stronger and now it smells like blood. I only once found blood in my phlegm. Not after that.
