What Causes Smelly Discharge And Vaginal Itching?

hello, i recently went to a sexual health clinic and was tested for everything but all came back negative but im still having all symptoms which seem to have become worse since i found out i was pregnant, symptoms are smelly discharge and occasional itching what else could it be?
