What Causes Smelly Discharge From The Ear?

I have drainage everyday comes from my ear, had a very bad infection three months ago, which sent me to the doctor, it has cleared, but i have never had the drainage which really smells bad stop, had a test and it came back as no virus, but it wont stop and stinks, with a ringing in my ear, also when i push on my ear the drops roll down the back of my throat
