What Causes Smelly Discharge From The Ears?

Hi,

I've been getting a smelly discharge from my right ear for a while now! i've been to the doctors and ENT it cleared up but came back as soon as i was discharged from ENT. The doctors take swabs but the results always comes back as no infection. How can i get this problem sorted?
