What Causes Smelly Red Rash Under Breasts?

I recently noticed a rather large red type of rash under my breast. I also noticed that it smells. I tried putting cornstarch under my breast (which are large) last night but it didn't seem to do anything for it. It still smells this morning and I'm starting to get concerned about it. What might it be and what can I do to get rid of it?
