What Causes Smelly Vagina And Painful Rashes?

doctor,i have a virginal smell and am wondering what it is,also i noticed that i have a painful rash they itch a lot then when i put some cold water the pain stops when i put on some hot or warm water they become painful as if you have added some methylated spirit on a shaved part.do i have an sti infection also am i likely to have cervical cancer.please doctor help me.am 32years old.
