What Causes Snapping Sound In Head And Dizziness?

I felt a pop in my head. Probably around the front part of my parietal lobe and then i felt a shock through my whole body follower by extreme dizziness and a weird feeling on my skin, like it was floating or something. Do you have any idea what this could be?
