What Causes Sneezing And Running Nose On Exposure To Cold Weather?

Hi. I were exposed to cold weather for few hours, now I am sneezing several times and feel a running nose! can you plz tell what medicine I can use to get to normal health condition? I am traveling a long distance today and I do not want to feel sick! Thanks.
