What Causes Soft Pink Spot On Thigh Close To Groin Area?

This morningg when i woke up i noticed a soft pink spot on my thigh close to my groin area...what could this possibly be. it isnt pussingg there is a nother on on the same thigh farther back it it is a little more textured but just as soft. Could they be chaifing boils?
