What Causes Soft Spot On Left Side Of Forehead?

I hit my head when I passed out a few days ago. Originally my whole forehead hurt but now it s just a spot and it feels almost soft on the left side of my forehead right at my hair line vertically above my eye. I don t believe I had a concussion, so not sure if I need to worry about this soft spot?
