What Causes Solid Mucus From The Throat On Sneezing?

when i sneeze, a small capsule like thick solid item coming out from deep throat to the nose / mouth...some times it is struck in the deep throat & i'm feeling uneasy.....Is this due to digestion problem ? i'm having this problem for 2 years & it happens 4 days once.... i didn't go for any medicine
